Join us on Saturday, April 25th, 2026 at Greenfield Park in West Allis, WI (click for directions) for the 10th Annual Cream City 5K!

Since 2016 the Cream City 5K has been raising awareness for organ, tissue and eye donation in southeastern Wisconsin and we are excited to return the Cream City 5K to Donate Life Month! Our family friendly event features a 5K run/walk, a 3K walk, and Kellan’s Fun Run for Kids—something for everyone! The Cream City 5K is on a fast loop course and participants receive a gender specific long sleeved tech shirt and great post-race food. Since it’s inception the Cream City 5K has donated over $150,000 to help support organ, tissue and eye donation in southeastern Wisconsin.

9:30am: 5K Run/Walk and 3K Start

The Cream City 5K is held annually during Donate Life Month (April). Our chip-timed run/walk race is held at Greenfield Park in Milwaukee.

Registration

5K Run/Walk, 3K Walk, and Virtual 5K and 3K:

Registration includes a gender-specific technical race t-shirt, race bag, and post-race food and drink. Awards from Mizuno to top 3 overall men and women in the 5K and first place men’s and women’s masters 5K finishers. Medals to top 3 men and women in each age 5K group. Age groups are 18 and under, 19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80 and over. All overall, masters, and age group awards will be available for pickup at the conclusion of the 5K. Please note that overall and master’s winners are not eligible for age group awards.

0.4K Kellan’s Fun Run for Kids (10 years old on race day and younger) and Virtual Kellan’s Fun Run for Kids:

Registration includes a long sleeved race shirt, custom medal, and post-race food and drink. Kellan’s Fun Run for Kids is named in honor of Kellan Sorenson who passed away in December of 2015. Kellan’s parents made the decision to donate his organs to help children who were in need of a life saving transplant.

We all had a great time together as a family and enjoyed watching the kids race and getting involved for the cause. Updated emails on the race made it easy to know what and where to go, the post race food and drink was amazing. We’ll do this again.
